General Terms & Conditions
Prices listed do not include freight, handling fees, taxes, and/or duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice. Export orders may be subject to other special pricing. Acme Controls reserves the right to accept or reject any order. Future orders may be priced differently depending on customer account size and type. All products returned for refund, credit or warranty must be returned to Acme unused and in their original packaging. Returned products must include a customer-generated description of the issue with the product or the reason for return. Emailed, faxed and verbal requests for refund, credit or warranty consideration will not be honored. Products received without paperwork will not be considered for refund, credit or warranty. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and restocking fees of 20-50% may apply.
Note: all orders will include a shipping charge. If there is no shipping charge shown on your order an updated/corrected order will be emailed to you before shipping.
-REB-Rebuilt/Repair Service Requirements
When you purchase a Rebuilt/Repaired control (Part # ends in -REB), you are agreeing to Acme's Rebuilt/Repair Service Requirements. You are required send us your repairable core (no fire, water or physical damage).
To simplify the return shipping process, a UPS Return Service (RS) Label will be added to your order and the cost of that return service will be included in your freight charges.
You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and the UPS return label in the carton along with the item(s) you have purchased.
Within 10 days of receiving your Rebuilt/Repair part, you must send your repairable core and RMA form back to Acme using the included UPS RS Label.
Failure to return a repairable core could result in additional charges of $200-$2000.
Cores returned after more than 10 days could result in late return fees of $20-$200.
